Three-door version of Beijing Auto BJ80 has been spotted in China

Three-door version of Beijing Auto BJ80 has been spotted in China. A week ago BAIC announced BJ80 would be launched on the Chinese auto market on the Beijing Auto Show later this month. They said about five-doors car. Now it is reported three-door version will be launched in the second half of the year.

Beijing Auto BJ80 is very similar to Mercedes-Benz G-classe. It has been showed at various autoshows as military vehicle and as civil offroader.

BJ80 is powered with 2.3 liter four-cylinder petrol turbocharged engine with 250 hp or 2.8 liter turbodiesel with 163 hp. Transmission is manual or six-speed automatic.
