What has changed in the Haval H9? Primarily, the vehicle features a more angular body. The front headlights are now circular but encased in square chrome frames. The rear lights have been lowered and are no longer attached to the body pillars. The design of the rear fifth door, opening to the right, has been preserved.
The vehicle maintains a frame structure with a solid rear axle, while the front suspension remains independent. An option for the vehicle will include the locking of both the rear and front differentials, a feature already implemented in Tank models.
Regarding the engines, the new Haval H9 continues to offer a choice between petrol and diesel. The 2.0-liter petrol engine has undergone minor changes, with turbocharging increasing the power to 224 hp, which is 6 hp more than the previous model.
A diesel option will also be available, but with some alterations. The new diesel engine will have a displacement of 2.4 liters, compared to the current 2.0 liters, with slightly less power - 184 hp compared to the previous 190 hp. The petrol version will retain the eight-speed automatic transmission, while the diesel will be paired with a new nine-speed automatic transmission.
