Can you try to open and close your car several times and also long press on open "open" button on the key. Maybe this will help.

One more option to remove "negative" clamp on the batteries in the rear trunk from both sides - this can probably solve the problem, but again we are not 100% sure.

Depends on your version of operation system. I don't know if you have HongMeng version 2.0.1 or newer. For all previous ones you need to access engineering menu and it will be almost same layout of settings as on Android phone.
